Furthermore contained in this new photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying different sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
